Karina is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience across finance, strategy, HR, governance, and risk management, excels in driving transformations and fostering sustainable practices.

 

As a former Independent Non-Executive Board Member for Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine, she orchestrated critical unbundling processes, attained EU certification, and advocated for international governance standards and emissions reduction.

 

Karina co-founded Bioenergy Connect, amplifying renewable energy projects. Recently serving as COO and Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Arabesque Holding, she reshaped group functions, fostered strategic alliances, and led fundraising endeavors.

 

Her expertise lies in strategic leadership, change management, and establishing influential networks.
